**Your mission**
At Maddox AI, we are revolutionizing AI-based visual quality control across industries. As a Product Management Intern / Working Student (full-time or part-time), you'll have the opportunity to shape cutting-edge AI products and work at the intersection of technology, business and user experience.
**You want to**:
- Gain hands-on experience in product management for AI-based products
- Be involved in the entire journey from ideation to delivery of new features
- Ensure high product quality by systematically testing new features and changes
- Conduct competitor research and provide actionable recommendations
- Write product newsletters to keep customers informed about new updates
- Optimize PM and SCRUM workflows and tools to enhance efficiency
- Create PM dashboards and templates for better monitoring and organization
- Collaborate closely with our Head of Product, CTO and Founders Support daily product management operations and drive improvements
**Your profile**:
- You are currently studying business, computer science, UX/UI, engineering, or a related field
- You are passionate about AI, digital products and agile development
- You are curious about quality assurance and software testing processes
- You have strong analytical skills and can empathize with customer and user needs
- You are structured, proactive, and enjoy solving complex challenges
- You have strong communication skills and thrive in cross-functional collaboration You are familiar with PM tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) or eager to learn
