For our client, a well-known company in the electronics industry based in Munich, we are looking for an

**Accounting Specialist (M/F/d)**

The position is to be filled as soon as possible, in full-time and as part of a direct placement.

**Ihre Arbeitsaufgaben**:

- Responsible for vendor creation and change management
- Responsible for accurate and timely processing of incoming vendor invoices in accordance with the applicable tax and accounting regulations
- Monitor and supervise the vendor invoice postings in SAP in collaboration with our Shared Service Center team
- Serve as a point of contact for our employees regarding invoice payments, vendor creation and vendor change requests and support the team on various accounting topics
- Responsible for accurate and timely preparation and execution of weekly payment runs and ad hoc payment requests
- Payment netting and bank postings in SAP
- Prepare daily and weekly bank balance reports
- Collaborate with our treasury colleagues in UK on various cash and payment related topics

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- University degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or an apprenticeship training as an accountant
- Previous experience in a similar role ( 1-3 years)
- Proven experience in a multinational corporation in a local accounting team
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task under minimum supervision
- Proactive team player with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluency in English, German would be a plus
