Our flagship service is our Vehicle History Report, a curriculum vitae for used vehicles to solve the asymmetric information problem in the used car market. Our customers get access to an extensive multinational database consisting of +27 billion historical records related to over 1 billion cars in +20 countries across Europe and North America. Today, we are a team of 100+ people in six European countries - while retaining a start-up feeling including flat hierarchies and flexible decision-making processes. We are a dynamic and open-minded IT team with system administrators, software developers, data scientists and data analysts with a full DevOps oriented working style mindset. Our goal is to ensure high standards of quality through continuous optimization. **Your role** - You will lead the team of BI Engineers that enables the organization to make informed decisions by providing actionable and accessible data - Developing and constantly strengthening the analytics and business intelligence competence in the company - Creating and maintaining complex data loading pipelines - Empowering business users with self-service analytics, develop reports, dashboards - Closely communicating with business stakeholders, fulfilling challenging requirements - Working collaboratively with cross functional groups to define business requirements - Playing a key role in data driven decision making - Learning about new tools and technologies, always improving current processes **Your profile** - Experience leading and mentoring teams in matrixed organizations - Experience in building ETL processes and Data Warehouses - Examples of strong partnerships with product managers and engineers which provide product direction and exert significant influence in defining goals for analytics area - Experience in Data modelling - Very strong SQL knowledge, good Python skills - Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS - A positive, can-do attitude for new challenges and an ability to learn fast - Strong problem-solving, analytical, strategic thinking skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English **What we offer** - The ability to influence and direct the development of Business Intelligence in the company - Work with a purpose and the chance to help shaping the future of our digital channels - A very pleasant working atmosphere in an international team (21 nationalities), where we take the term "work hard, play harder" to the next level.
