Orange Quarter is working with a scale-up entering their next big growth phase in Berlin. They’re a B2C subscription service offering environmentally-friendly product alternatives to leading FMCGs. They believe that eco-conscious products should be effective and good value for money - consumers should be able to make choices that are good for them and the planet.

They’ve grown 3x in the last 12 months and have not stopped growing after receiving over €20million in Series B funding, of which Google and Innocent juices have invested. The headquarters are in the UK but as the fastest growing and most positively reviewed brand in their field, they’re launching into Europe

A key part of this next growth phase is hiring a Performance Marketer to join their team of 80 people who share the same mission: reduce the use of single-use plastics and the volume of harmful chemicals in the eco-system.

**What to expect**:
Our client is looking for a Performance Marketer to build and manage their paid social channels in Germany.

You’ll be highly organised, a fast-learner, analytical and, most importantly, excited by the chance to be part of building something from the ground up, backed by a UK business with proven success and an experienced team.

The role will report into the Head of International, but will enjoy working very closely with the UK Growth and Creative teams.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a performance marketing role in a D2C business
Proven experience managing paid social channels and optimising these to grow acquisition
In touch with key trends in the paid social landscape and confident sharing ideas, learnings and examples of best practice
Commercial and analytical mindset (you understand analytics and how to manage data to get the best insights); you have a good general understanding of acquisition funnels and performance marketing KPIs.
Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing lots of tasks, prioritising your workload and working at speed
Independent worker but also a great team player; you enjoy building relationships across the marketing, growth and creative teams
Fluent English is a must, high-level German proficiency is a huge plus
Applicants must have current work authorisation in Germany
