**About the Role**:
As a B2B Performance Marketer, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by engaging with current and potential clients, optimizing marketing strategies, and enhancing overall sales performance. You'll collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, leveraging your skills to identify and acquire new business opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to a high-impact team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive B2B customer acquisition and engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and lead generation targets.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and marketing activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the company's representation at industry events and client meetings.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay ahead of marketing trends and best practices.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in B2B performance marketing or a similar role, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Sales-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and customer engagement skills.
- Self-motivated, determined, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- A team player with a collaborative spirit and the ability to work cross-functionally.
