Production Engineering Specialist

**Your role and responsibilities**:
As a Factory Data Specialist, you actively contribute to the development of our production. You work independently in a dynamic team and collaborate closely with various departments and locations - from Minden to a global context. By ensuring efficient data consistency, you help optimize processes and products. The work model for the role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: - Creation and maintenance of material numbers in SAP, including cross-departmental management and organization. - Proper documentation and cross-functional management of changes within the bill of materials and master data responsibilities. - Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines throughout all stages of change processes. - Creation of work plans, considering efficient processes and accurate time requirements within variant configurations. - Development and maintenance of bill of materials in SAP, including variant configuration and relationship management.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Enthusiasm for team and project management with the ability to motivate and organize interdisciplinary teams.
- Active participation in shaping manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Strong interest in change processes, a cross-disciplinary mindset, and a structured approach to work.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
