**This position reports to**:
Finance Analyst

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be a key member of the Factory Controlling team, supporting the Factory Controller Minden/Plovdiv. You will analyze financial metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Additionally, you will ensure accurate tracking and processing of transactions. The work model for the role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensuring transparent and reliable financial data through appropriate processes and tools. - Translating business strategy into concrete plans, setting goals, and evaluating financial impacts - Ensuring high-quality information according to standards and financial closing timelines - Conducting financial analysis and reporting to improve performance - Ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements - Effective communication with controllers and internal customers to identify issues and improve efficiency

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Completed studies in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting or Finance
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the finance and controlling sector, ideally as a Factory Controller in an international production environment
- Experience with computer-based accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP (FI, CO, PS, MM); knowledge of Power BI or data automation is an advantage
- A cooperative, flexible, and solution-oriented work style, along with excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
