In this role, you will oversee all sales and customer projects within the Electrification Installation Products Family in Germany, Austria and Switzerland providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback. You will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.

**This position reports to**:
Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supports the sales manager and sales team by supervising project execution and performance with well-maintained schedule, cost, cash & risk planning of individual project.
- Takes an active role in escalated customer issues and determines corrective actions to optimize the project performance.
- Supports the sales manager in improving tools and processes related to scheduling used in local unit.
- Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Creation and monitoring of monthly reports and business figures in the DACH region and on customer and product level.
- Evaluation and tracking of sales offer (hit rate).
- Analysis of margins and evaluations of customers and products.
- Evaluation of customer potentials for products in collaboration with the sales team.
- Project monitoring and management of target customers and major customers for labeling projects in coordination with the manufacturing plant and sales.
- Monitoring and tracking of marketing activities and marketing budgets.
- Representation of the sales manager during absence.

**Your background**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, Sales or Front-End working as Controller, Sales or Leader with low voltage products or cable management products in the German market.
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
- Diploma, Bachelor or Master degree
- Strong Knowledge in SAP BW, Excel and further controlling and processes skills.
- High personal responsibility, self-motivation, good social-, technical
- and methodological competencies.
- German and English well speaking and writing
- Driving License
