French Speaking Working Student

**This is what you’ll be doing**:
We are looking for a French speaking Working Student (up to 20 hours/week) to support our Portal Team mainly with the maintaining and development of our French Portal Reduc.fr. That includes the following tasks:

- Maintaining and extending our voucher content - submitting, testing, source maintenance
- Complaint management processing
- Maintaining and further development of the current shop portfolio - onboarding & removal of shops
- Support with answering user requests
- Weekly newsletter preparation - collecting and testing suitable vouchers
- Support with traffic and shop analysis

**You’ll fit great with these skills and values**:

- You are enrolled in a degree programme for content, marketing, business administration or French studies, and are located in Berlin area
- You have excellent communication skills, especially in French (at least CEFR C1 level) and English (B2+)
- You have good knowledge of MS Excel (you’ve used VLOOKUP and other functions)
- You are a quick learner and ideally, you have already made first experience with content management systems
- You are good with numbers and are able to draw conclusions when presented with data and information
- You are familiar with online shopping and the redeem of discount codes
- You like to work on various topics, from quality management and data maintenance to user support and data analyses
