We are looking for a motivated and open-minded Intern who is interested in getting to know our business & eager to support our teams in our daily tasks.

Depending on your interests, at IMAGO you will get the opportunity to dive into our Picture Desk, Sales Team and/or Content Team.

The position is available immediately for our location in Berlin.

Tasks

**Our Content Team Responsibilities**:

- Oversee content group performance through our partner & photographer tracking documents
- Be a world class day to day resource for support related questions from our agency and partner network
- Support our Content Leads in their work supporting our priority Key partners
- Oversee the reporting cycles & deadlines for & of our International distributors & agency partners
- Onboard all new photographers and agencies in support of the Content group leads
- Own the administrative workflows of the content group: legal & taxation paperwork

**Our Picture Desk Responsibilities**:

- Knowing what is most important tomorrow - Creating new image/video collections for our clients
- Our Collections are to the topics of sport or political events, collections from travel and nature, history and many more..
- Analysis of trends, statistics and everything around image offering

**Our Sales Team Responsibilities**:

- Our sales team is the team providing excellent service for our clients
- They accompany our clients from the initial contact to a successful completion of a contract
- They are the main contact for inquiries to our fast growing national and international team and refer contacts to the appropriate contacts
- office management tasks such as travel planning or material procurement
- Optimizing communication and service and maintain a high level throughout the company to ensure customer and partner satisfaction
- Creation of a communication strategy

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for interns, who are passionate and motivated in what they are doing.
- Good German & English skills
- Strong administrative fundamentals
- You have already made a few experiences in one of the fields & you have a passion for content industries, especially photography.
- For someone who has at least 3-6 months time
