Internship Brand Creative – Design Hotels

In a nutshell The internship gives an insight into the brand design activities of Design Hotels with a focus on brand strategy and design, as well as content and event production. Opening: February / March 2026 Duration: 6 months Compensation: EUR 1000 / month The internship must be a compulsory part of the study program Please send your application without a picture TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting the Editorial team and Project Management: support in communication with involved creative teams, making sure that deadlines are met within the project timelines Scheduling, planning, and documentation of internal and external meetings Preparation of presentations Support in managing Design Hotels’ Media Database: sorting and approval process of text and image content from member hotels; direct communication and problem-solving with hotels during that process Assisting with image selection and creation of first layout drafts for presentations and internal documents Supporting the team in visual research and working closely with Design to help bring concepts to life EXPERIENCE & MINDSET Team player with excellent English written and verbal communication skills Creativity and attention to detail Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Strong analytical and administrative skills Proficiency in Keynote, Canva and Adobe Excellent communication and administrative skills PERKS & BENEFITS A great experience in the niche market of luxury boutique hotels Working in a motivated and international team from over 39 countries at the global Headquarters of Design Hotels located in the creative Media Spree area in Berlin Great hotel discount benefits, including Marriott Explore rates Company laptop and other office equipment is provided Career development opportunities in an international company Flexibility for hybrid working model ABOUT DESIGN HOTELS Design Hotels GmbH ( is a full-service hospitality consultancy, offering customized services to its member hotels.
