If you are looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and international environment, simplesurance by Allianz is the right place for you. **About the job**: We're looking for an Information Security Officer to join our Awesome Team and be part of one of the most successful insurtech-startups in Germany selling our services across Europe and Japan. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead/ support / oversee all security programs (Encryption, EDR, Network security, SIEM, Data Classification, Asset Management, Authentication) in close collaboration with Global Allianz IS Functions - Lead / support / oversee Run activities in close collaboration with the IT departments such as vulnerability management, End-of-life assets (Toxicity), Security incidents, Pen testing & technical audit campaigns. - Implement continuous improvement in the existing process to ensure the quality and relevance of information security services. - Promote a culture of information security and raise security awareness and organize security trainings. - Develop and own roadmaps and strategies that help simplesurance business to deliver secure solutions. **Bring to the team**: - Deep knowledge of current security technologies and practices (e.g. IS Compliance / Risk Management, Network, System and Application Security, Vulnerability / Penetration Testing and other security practices) - Experience in global teams and working across different cultures. - Strong coordination of security metrics & KPIs provided by technology partners.
