Team Lead Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a passionate Team Lead (all genders) for our Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will be responsible for our Tech
- and Non-Tech Recruiting streams. Apart from supporting and enabling the team, you are also responsible for operational and strategic development, not only in Recruiting but also in Employer Branding. As part of the team, you also support operational recruitment. An essential part of your leadership function is to support the personal development of each team member. This exciting role combines different challenges that provide you with an opportunity to develop further while helping flaconi to reach its ambitious goals.

**Your role**:

- You steer the entire Talent Acquisition team in its operational areas without losing sight of our strategic targets
- You act as a sparring partner in Employer Branding thus helping the team to position flaconi as the employer of choice
- Moreover, you drive the development of a holistic and efficient company-wide recruiting structure
- An essential part of your role is the development and leadership of all members of the team, ranging from Working students to a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
- Additionally, you improve the collaboration between internal and external functions and stakeholders, such as P&C Business Partners and People Operations, but also with the leadership team at flaconi
- You enable the team to work data-driven by building, improving and communicating the relevant KPIs
- You take over recruiting processes yourself, across different departments along most majority levels

**Your profile**:

- At least 5 years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition as well as several years of experience in a disciplinary leadership role
- Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on Human Resources management
- Willingness and enthusiasm to encourage and support the team members in their personal and professional development
- A broad understanding of modern talent attraction and selection methods and techniques, as well as knowledge of recruiting strategies and correlated KPIs
- Excellent communication skills, combined with an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working with the enjoyment of constant process optimisation and dynamic change
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus
