1. Organizational Tasks
- Preparation of examination and invigilation timetables
- Updating documentation on an annual basis
- Organization of timetable
- Time table and course Administration
- Managing the calendar of the Secondary School Leadership
- Tracking red flags such as attendance and discipline
2. Administrative Tasks
- Attend meetings and support administrative requirements
- Providing support to the Secondary School Team with their day-to-day tasks, including updating the Secondary School News, scheduling observations, managing to do lists, etc.
- Carry out clerical tasks and administrative procedures
3. Projects and Other
- Supporting all policy and (re-)accreditation processes
- Assist the External Exams Coordinator with examinations
- Carry out data entry as required
