**Responsibilities**:

- Help pupils to succeed in their learning tasks, promoting general progress and well-being.
- Commit to nurturing the **social, emotional, and mental well-being** of students by fostering a **safe, inclusive, and supportive environment** that helps every child thrive.
- Communicate and consult with parents of pupils at parent teacher conferences.
- Contribute to and attend whole school meetings and events as required throughout the school year.
- Offer extra-curricular activities to support the ethos and enrichment of the school's provision.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Hold a Bachelor or Master of Education degree (or equivalent).
- Have a minimum of two years of teaching experience as the lead teacher in a classroom.
- Demonstrate eagerness and willingness to inspire students and collaborate with colleagues.
- Maintain high academic standards and a commitment to making a difference in international education.
- Ensure assessments support ongoing learning and provide timely, relevant, and appropriate feedback to students on formative and summative assessments.
- Exhibit excellent classroom management that shows an understanding of the academic, social, ad emotional dimensions of learning.
- Knowledge of the Cambridge Primary/Lower Secondary programme is an asset.
