Wir suchen Dich als Team Lead Controlling Systems and Processes (m/w/d).

**Aufgaben**
- Verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung der gruppenweiten Controlling-Prozesse
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Management Accounting und Controlling Richtlinien
- Entwicklung und Implementierung eines gruppenweiten Performance Management Systems in enger Abstimmung mit BI und Accounting
- Financial Master Data Management / Pflege KPI Strukturen, Kostenstellen, und Konten
- Verantwortlich für Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Controlling
- und Management Reporting Systeme
- Schnittstelle zwischen Controlling Abteilungen, Accounting und BI
- Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams

**Anforderungen**
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzen
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder BI, idealerweise in einem Konzernunternehmen im internationalen Umfeld oder der Beratung / Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Hohe analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten gepaart mit ausgeprägtem pragmatischen Denken und Handeln
- Führungserfahrung - direkte Personalführung und/oder Führung von Projektteams
- ERP-Kenntnisse - idealerweise SAP - und Kenntnisse gängiger Datenbanken
- und BI Systeme
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, hohe Sozialkompetenz und sicheres Auftreten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
