We are looking for a dynamic and open-minded intern to support our cross-regional HR project and HR Business partner team in a wide range of initiatives. Your role will be to support the fast-growing and global IT organization in the implementation of strategic HR topics. This includes the coordination of global recruitment and reorganization measures, steering of talent management activities and support in change efforts such as promoting a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. This will allow you to gain an insight into a big variety of HR concepts and tasks. In our team of HR and IT experts, you will experience motivating team spirit and strong mutual support. You will find an open, feedback-based work culture and have the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup from home or at your local workplace.

Your job
- Support HR topics in the context of the global transformation of the IT division, such as global talent acquisition, change management and communication, onboarding, retention, etc.
- Support the conception and further development of global HR processes
- Take on implementation tasks in different initiatives on your individual responsibility
- Coordinate the collaboration of globally distributed HR teams and the IT division
- Organization of team meetings and workshops
- Support data maintenance and analysis and tracking of goal achievements
- Draft presentations and build dashboards using Power BI

**Profile**:

- You are about to start a Master's degree or doing a gap year between your Bachelor and Master's degree in social sciences, economics or humanities
- You are interested in global, strategic HR topics
- You are enthusiastic about change management issues and have a solid knowledge of HR strategies, tools and practices
- You are motivated and able to work independently and on several topics at the same time
- You are communicative and enjoy working in global teams
- You have excellent German and English language skills
- You have good MS Office skills - especially in the creation of appealing PowerPoints and in the scope with Excel
