**We are looking for: Director Global Sales Management (M/F/d) in Leipzig / Berlin**:
We are the leading online revenue acquisition partner for hotels and help them to improve their profitability, revenue, online presence and distribution boom.

**Your future tasks**:

- Provide international sales team with sales, marketing and contractual support
- Report to the EVP AdTech on a weekly level around the sales development internationally
- Be first point of contact for all sales team at RateGain around MHS
- Sell directly to hotel chains and potential partners if necessary
- Attend international tradeshows for the MHS
- Participate in the sales pitches to all potential clients worldwide for MHS
- Train and develop sales team around MHS
- Onboard new sales team around MHS
- Be the interface between MHS marketing team and the global sales team
- Develop sales and marketing materials to sell MHS

**Your Profile**:

- 4 years+ Sales experience
- You definitely know your way around the B2B sector
- Training and developing people is not foreign to you
- You are a pro when it comes to networking & pitching
- You have several years experience within a cross matrix organization
- Excel & PPT are one of your strong suits
- Salesforce: absolutely not a problem for you
- You are fluent & correct in English

Due to the various time zones and consecutive cultures you will be working with, you need to be an ace when it comes to internal and external communication.

You meet day-to-day tasks with your great organizational skills.
