**Business Unit Director (BUD)**

As a Business Unit Director (BUD) at COMBERA, you'll lead a dedicated team of Account Directors, guiding them strategically while ensuring the success of your business unit. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the unit's direction, driving revenue growth, and fostering a culture aligned with our core values.

**Operational Efficiency**: Optimise processes to enhance unit performance.

**Market Insight**: Lead with industry foresight, informed by research and competitor analysis.

**Risk & Compliance**: Safeguard the unit by identifying risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

**Open Communication**: Keep leadership informed and maintain clear communication within the team

**Your Background**:

- Proven senior-level expertise in project management and customer service
- Knowledge in food retail, FMCG, DIY, or CE sectors
- Exceptional organisational and team leadership abilities
- Experience in personnel management
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative drive
