**Webmaster (M/F/d)**

(Full time; 38.5 hrs/week; limited to 24 months)

**Your responsibilities**:

- Being responsible and leading the development of the web presence of the Constructor University
- Creating and enforcing internal procedures and guidelines for website updates with all university teams and faculty members.
- Creating and enforcing a website style guide to ensure uniform style and concept throughout the website
- Taking care of text, graphic and design updates into the CMS (Drupal)
- Internal liaison and interface to external agencies, such as technical service providers
- Setup web tracking and use data to examine visitor engagement with websites
- Prepare web analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications
- Test and optimize web page performance on various devices
- Ensure websites are following existing brand and design guidelines, and a corporate tone of voice
- Create best practices for website changes and educate internal teams
- Ensuring the performance, accessibility, and security of the website
- First point of contact for technical problems, questions, or suggestions related to the website
- Ensure knowledge transfer to other employees and train new employees
- Create regular reports for the leadership on website statistics and traffic.
- Contribute to projects and work on special tasks
- Perform general office and administrative tasks

**Your qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience in managing websites
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and popular CMS - ideally Drupal
- Sufficient skill in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Photoshop or similar
- Successful track record in search engine and conversion rate optimization
- Proficient in the knowledge of web tracking and analytics
- Experience in the education industry would be a huge plus
- Comfortable working collaboratively and remotely in a widely distributed workforce
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and German
