**DEINE AUFGABEN ALS TEAM LEAD MARKETING**
- Du führst ein Marketing-Team von 2-3 Personen fachlich und disziplinarisch und entwickelst Deine Mitarbeitenden kontinuierlich weiter
- Du steuerst und optimierst Paid Media Kampagnen (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) mit Fokus auf Performance
- Du entwickelst die jährliche Marketingstrategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung und setzt sie konsequent um
- Du planst und überwachst das Marketingbudget und sorgst für eine effiziente Verwaltung aller Ressourcen
- Du setzt sämtliche Marketingmaßnahmen operativ um - z. B. Marketing-Automatisierung, Content-Erstellung, E-Mail-Marketing, Lead Nurturing, Landingpages, Feedbackumfragen, Websiteoptimierung, Social Media Management, Grafikdesign und Videoschnitt
- Du organisierst und führst Webinare sowie Live-Events zur Kundenbindung und Neukundengewinnung durch
- Du etablierst ein transparentes Reporting zur Messung des ROI und leitest daraus Optimierungspotenziale ab
- Du analysierst relevante Kennzahlen und entwickelst daraus strategische Handlungsempfehlungen
- Du führst das Marketing-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und entwickelst Deine Mitarbeitenden kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du rekrutierst neue Teammitglieder und führst regelmäßige Feedback-, Ziel
- und Entwicklungsgespräche
- Du steuerst und koordinierst externe Agenturen und Dienstleister

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**
- Du hast 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing mit Fokus auf digitale Kanäle und strategische Umsetzung
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit HubSpot
- Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt oder willst bewusst den nächsten Schritt in die Teamleitung gehen
- Du bist vertraut mit digitalen Tools rund um Marketing, Automatisierung, CRM und CMS
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und hast Freude daran, andere fachlich zu entwickeln
- Du bringst Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und Organisationstalent mit
- Du hast Freude an Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe und arbeitest gerne im Team
