**How you create an impact**:

- Work in a functional lead role to manage and coordinate a geographically dispersed team of global training program managers and specialists to deliver the global training plan/program portfolio (e.g., onsite and virtual live training, blended learning offerings); provide logístical support (in collaboration with our local Events teams) and monitor training program performance to inform allocation of resources and identify continual improvements
- Develop, implement, and manage strategies to strengthen and further support internal and external trainers; oversee trainer acquisition, briefing, and contracts as well as training quality monitoring, review, and adjustments
- Ensure all global training programs are aligned and consistent regarding training processes, rules, evaluations, and communications; ensure best-practice sharing among training program managers and administrators
- Together with L&D business partners and global training program managers, oversee the implementation and delivery of new training programs in accordance with the identified learning objectives and concept outline
- Oversee and manage yearly training capacity and budget planning, training delivery, and quality monitoring
- Maintain effective working relationships with local stakeholders in consulting and Central Functions to ensure buy-in and learner engagement are achieved
- Manage training administrators and provide guidance regarding daily training administration and participant management within our learning management system and Sharepoint environment

**About you**:

- University or business school graduate with a degree in business, HRM, organizational psychology, or a related field
- Over five years of work experience in training (program) management or as a business partner in learning and development in a global matrix organization, ideally in the consulting industry
- First-hand experience in functional leadership of HR employees
- Experience with training management through learning management systems, including typical pitfalls and challenges
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for people and learning; able to communicate and collaborate virtually across time zones
- Strong (project) management skills and ability to influence and negotiate
- Strong self-management and organizational skills as well as an analytical, structured approach to problem-solving
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English; German language skills are a plus
