Its mission is to implement the best practices of strategic, marketing, UX, and customer research function within the Moss product and our business needs. **Your responsibilities** Setting up the research process you will collaborate closely with C-level management, Product, Operations**,** and Strategy departments to build research capabilities at Moss. You will: - Design, develop and drive (primarily qualitative) customer research on strategic, usability, sales, and marketing topics. - Leverage personas, customer journeys, insight-opportunity frameworks, system maps, stories, and scenarios to make your research tangible and actionable. Synthesize and share key findings with the product and revenue teams as well as the company more broadly. - Define GTM strategy with a team of Colleagues. Identify new market opportunities & new markets to enter.
