**Invoicing - Student Assistant “Werkstudent” (M/F/div)**

**Job Share**: Part-time (up to 20 hours per week)
**Location**: FLOCERT GmbH Headquarter Bonn, Germany
**Start date**: as soon as possible

**Description**

FLOCERT is looking for a detail-oriented person who is willing to assist in ensuring the complete and correct invoicing of our customers for Fairtrade certification.
Main role is to ensure that an invoice request for all active clients from Europe is submitted to the respective software. For that purpose, the client-specific data needs to be extracted from the certification software and this serves as the basis for entering the correct details into the invoice generator.
The person will be part of a multicultural team which is responsible for the certification of Fairtrade customers in Europe.

**Your responsibilities**
- Process the data of individual clients from Excel to the invoice generator, Roxy
- Review the list to find clients potentially missing and follow up with team members on accuracy of the data
- Enter all clients´ data based on clear timelines according to the individual billing months
- Track the progress on invoicing on a regular basis

**Your qualifications, experience and skills**
- Analytical way of thinking and ease in working with numbers
- Affinity to IT related processes and confidence in working with IT systems and tools
- Attention to detail and increased awareness for data quality
- Very good verbal and written communication in English
- Pro-active problem-solving attitude
- Efficient work style
