Drive new business through **cold calling & lead generation**. Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams such as Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Success. Exceed sales targets with **uncapped earning potential**. **Who We're Looking For**: **Must-Haves**: **Bachelor’s degree** (preferred but not mandatory). **Experience in B2B sales & cold calling**. **High ambition, resilience, and motivation**. Fluent **German (C2)** + **English proficiency**. **Nice-to-Haves**: Experience in account management, startups, or construction-related industries. **Personality Fit**: Results-driven and self-motivated. High energy, ambitious, and not afraid to hustle.
