About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated HR / TA Associate (M/F/d) to join our HR and Talent Acquisition teams and support their people and culture and hiring strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you will be engaged in both HR and TA-related responsibilities. You’ll focus on proactively engaging with people and get the opportunity to contribute to various TA and HR projects.

Our HR team is a group of people-oriented specialists who serve as a link between employees and management. The team is focusing on creating better workplaces - at Project A and across our portfolio companies. Meanwhile, our Talent Acquisition team supports both our in-house operational teams and our portfolio companies. This group of dedicated experts specialises in locating, attracting, and hiring the best people to build and grow products and services.

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Play a key role in the company’s success by helping stabilise its growth at all times
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and fill in roles for Project A or our portfolio companies
- Advice the team with confidence and manage all personnel-related issues
- Handle organisational tools such as people management software, performance development tracking, and Excel
- Support organisation, implementation, and development of on
- and off-boarding processes
- Assist international newcomers with visa processes and integration in Berlin

Your Profile
- A degree in business administration, human resources or a comparable degree or commercial training in the area of human resources
- Ideally previous experience in the field of Talent Acquisition or People Operations through internships (preferably in a fast-paced and digital environment)
- If you do not possess previous experience in related fields, don’t worry, we are ready to train you
- Proactive mindset, hands-on mentality, enthusiasm and being a team-player
- Excellent communication skills, orally as well as in writing and you like to proactively engage with people
- Passion for people in an intercultural environment
- Fluency in German and English

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
