**Responsibilities of Human Resources Operations Specialist**:

- Supporting HR Operations services such as On-boarding, Off-boarding, and employee life cycle
- Ensuring people, structures, processes, and systems are aligned to deliver key objectives efficiently and effectively
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees (Designing and producing HR Analytics and metrics)Developing standard analysis and reports, including employee data
- Analyzing data for keys trends and preparing summaries
- Support employees through assisting them with HR related request
- Ensure compliance in processes
- Assist with any Visa and Relocation request for region

**Qualifications of Human Resources Operations Specialist**:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources
- Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written skills
- Previous experience with Excel or Google docs Experience with HRIS Systems - Ceridian knowledge is a plus
