**Stellenbeschreibung: Sende-CvD/Execu8ve Producer (Leiter der Sendung)**

Für verschiedene TV-Formate suchen wir schnellstmöglich eine/n krea;ve/n und engagierte/n
Sende-CvD in Vollzeit in Berlin.

**Deine Aufgaben umfassen**:
Du bist zentrale Anlaufstelle und Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion und Programm.
Du steuerst inhaltlich die aktuelle Beitragsproduktion und gestaltest mit.
Du bereitest redaktionell die Sendung mit Moderator und Redaktionsleiter vor.
Du beobachtest aktuelle und langfristige Themen und setzt sie um.
Du übernimmst die Dreh
- und Schnittplanung inkl. Personalbuchung.
Du führst die selbstständige Organisation von Produktionsabläufen.
Du hast Sendeverantwortung in der Live-Regie und führst den Moderator.

**Anforderungen**:
Du bringst Erfahrung als Sende-CvD/LDS im Live-Betrieb, in Sendegestaltung und in der Führung von Moderatoren mit.
Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
Du hast besonderes Interesse an aktuellen politischen und gesellschaftspolitischen Themen.
Du lenkst kreative Prozesse in gut organisierte Bahnen und hältst Themen nach.
Du bist sicher in Schnitt
- und Production-Software.
Du bringst technisches Verständnis für Multimedia-Bewegtbild
- und Social-Media-Produktionen mit.
Du bist trotz deiner Erfahrung immer noch neugierig und kannst dich in neue Plattformen und
Formate schnell einarbeiten.
