**Connected Car - Operations Coordinator (M/F/d)**:
As a Connected Car - Operations Coordinator you will be handling connected car customer complaints and VOC’s, act as a Project Manager for Connected Car Projects, support team with new technology planning and steering the process of voicing customer needs with national sales companies, work on strengthening communication with European markets, call centers and regional headquarters and fulfil complex administrative and operational (technical) tasks.

**_ We want you to:_**:
**Follow up on customers’ complaints and technical issues together with technical divisions e.g. in R&D in Korea**:

- Interact with external partners ensuring proper collaboration and cooperation to deliver high quality services matching company requirements
- Coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support shared planning and mutual understanding
- Be responsible for regular tracking & performance reporting with external Hotline & internal stakeholders (Customer Service, European Quality Division, European Technical Center)
- Coordinate and support necessary activities to allow the sale of product and services on time

**Support and coordinate product activities and programs to ensure best performance of existing and future connected car services**:

- Identify & implement improvements in terms of service/software quality, customer journey
- Provide support to the manager as subproject lead on several development topics & projects
- Support & suggest the communication and implementation of process, policies and systems within organization

**Manage future technology features**:

- Be responsible for new projects (such as Digital Key 2.0) in close cooperation with Korean office
- Update project plan and key project milestones
- Manage business model creation process
- Initiate and track go-to market activities

**You will also need to have**:

- University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related position or specialization, ideally connected with digital services and car infotainment
- Experience in relevant field from automotive business (product, IT, aftersales) management
- Interest in new technologies and trends, understanding how technology works (e.g. how app is built and how app is working)
- Interest or experience in automotive engineering
- Service orientation and ability to deliver in a timely manner
- Strategic thinking, planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and focus on constant improvements
- Project management experience will be considered as a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), knowledge of additional European languages would be considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (with focus on PowerPoint and Excel)
