YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE

As an intern in our HQ office in Berlin, you will work closely with the Head of Franchise to foster our global franchise business unit which is one of the most important growth drivers. You will learn, plan and execute tasks like the following:

- Markets Analysis: you will analyze and assess the opportunity to launch our franchise model in selected countries based on a framework and market expansion scoring methodology
- Market Prototype: once a new market is selected, you will prepare the prototype and model the business case and offerings
- Sales & Marketing: you will localize the sales deck, and the sales processes and set up the leads generation marketing campaigns in collaboration with our performance marketing team
- Business Development: you will start doing business development and closing the first franchisees in the selected markets before handing over the local sales team
- Onboarding/Launch: you will localize our existing onboarding processes and material in collaboration with our local operations team and you will take care of the onboarding process of the first franchisees before handing them over to the local team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- I am currently enrolled in a bachelor's / or master's degree program and I am looking for a mandatory Internship to gain deeper hands-on experience for up to 6 months
- I have a solid grasp of market entry strategies and international expansion
- If desired, I have experience with strategy consulting and/or scaleups
- I am analytical and like to perform my projects independently. My logical thinking makes it easy for me to find quick solutions
- I am very keen on working in a fast-paced and high-performance environment. My closest peers would recommend me as a very energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven person.
