We are looking for 2 Accountants to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Execution and responsibility of the accounting for one Offshore Wind Farm.
- Further development and improvement of accounting processes
- Ensuring accurate and constant bookkeeping and compliance with German accounting standards
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including all necessary reports (including reconciliation in IFRS)
- Preparation of monthly financial reports for the Canadian headquarter
- Preparation and handling of VAT or company tax returns
- Regular review of credit ratings of warrantors and lenders preparation for and conducting monthly and yearly closing procedures monthly generation of cash flow evaluation in Excel
- Manage the business bank accounts
- Support liquidity and cash management
- Create specific, ad-hoc reporting requirements through requests from management, lenders or shareholders and support for additional projects (depending on time capacity)

Qualifications and experience
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and/or completed training as financial accountant
- Well-founded knowledge and at least three years of experience in the above-mentioned areas
- Knowledge of German accounting and tax regulations (German GAAP - HGB)
- Ideally knowledge of IFRS accounting standards (otherwise, willingness to expand knowledge)
- Structured and careful style of work with the eye for detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel) and ERP / Accounting systems (ideally Workday)
- Open-minded for further training and expansion of the tasks
