We are looking forward to your support as a Financial Accountant (M/F/d) at our headquarter in Hamburg:
To Do:

- Accounting: Support of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to US-GAAP & HGB (especially the reconciliation from US-GAAP to HGB)
- Transfer pricing: processing and documentation of intercompany transactions
- Financial Compliance: documentation and execution of SOX compliance processes and support in SOX audits.

Know-How:

- Completed business studies or commercial training combined with relevant professional experience, training as (international) accountant desirable.
- Several years of professional experience in accounting according to HGB and US-GAAP/IFRS
- Knowledge of tax law, US-GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance required
- Sound experience in an international corporate environment, ideally in the tech sector
- Business fluent in German and very good English, also of technical terms
- High willingness to actively shape transformation and resilience in dealing with changing structures
- High degree of independence and personal responsibility as well as excellent analytical skills
- Team spirit and communication skills - and very important: you also have a sense of humour.
