We are looking for a reinforcement of Global logistic team with a **Logistic Coordinator **based in Bremen**.** The Logistics Coordinator will work within the outbound logistics team, based in Europe. They will be an experienced supply chain professional who can join in driving the business forward. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to**: - Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations - Improving the operational and logistic aspects of the business - Overseeing all aspects of logistics management to efficient flow of green coffee to our customers - Optimizing shipping and transport procedures - Communicating with vendors and customers to achieve satisfaction - Preparing accurate and timely reports for upper management **Skills & Qualifications** - A supply chain professional with experience in physical commodities - Ability to work in a complex global matrix organisation - Experience of international documentary requirements for the movement of goods by sea - Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under minimum supervision - Proactive approach with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals at all levels and across departments. - Displays clear accountability and ownership of tasks and objectives - Willingness to travel globally if needed **EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT** ED&F Man is committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
