We are currently looking for a Talent Development Specialist (m/w/d) who is driving the delivery of learning & development solutions that support the Talent Development strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering training to all functional groups using scripted learning materials to the required standard
- Designing and producing learning solutions under guidance of Learning & Development Manager
- Fluent in German, English and Dutch
- Facilitating other Learning or Team Interventions
- Partnering to collate and analyse evaluation information
- Contributing to European or functional project work
- Delivering project work to agreed timelines & quality
- Contributing to solutions to keep projects on track

**Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, preferably within Retail or Distribution
- Experience of delivering individual and group learning and development solutions
- Pragmatic and commercially focused approach to providing Learning & Development solutions
- High level of personal integrity
- Influencing and partnering skills, able to build and sustain relationships
- Well-organised but flexible and able to respond to changing priorities
- Proactive self starter
- Proven Learning and Development experience
- Experience in delivering training and facilitation
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in written and verbal German, Dutch and English
- Willing to travel on a regular basis across Europe
- Energetic and able to work well in a busy environment
