We're looking for a **Supply Planning & Order Steering Expert (all genders)** to become a key player in our Replenishment & Inventory Management team.
As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring optimal product availability and efficiency in stock levels across all product categories. Your responsibilities include defining replenishment and safety stock concepts, and actively steering configurations in our ordering tool to guarantee seamless execution.
Join us and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Replenishment & Inventory Management processes.
**Your tasks**:
- Define the replenishment concept and safety stock strategy, orchestrating when to order specific quantities of items to designated fulfillment centers.
- Contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning/Execution (S&OP/E) process incl. aligning on promotional activities, anticipating issues by comparing demand supply in the short and mid-term, and mitigating out-of-stock situations through timely information and action plans.
- Configure parameters in the order tool, ensuring they align with the overall replenishment concept and stay within given capacity constraints and inventory budget.
- Actively manage safety stock levels, maintaining inventory buffers to counteract stockouts from demand fluctuations or supply chain disruptions.
- Oversee the gradual ramp-up and down of inventory levels in fulfillment centers as they are introduced or removed from the network.
- Collaborate with Replenishment, Vendor Management, Promotions, Pricing, as well as IT & Product colleagues.

- Deep knowledge of inventory management incl. order strategies and safety stock concepts
- Good understanding of supply chain processes
- Strong analytical skills with solid SQL and PowerPivot proficiency
- Result-driven with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Ability to convey complex ideas and information clearly to different stakeholders
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Basic data modelling skills
