In the Marketing Coordinator (f/m/d) position, you will be responsible for creating highly customized messages and storytelling assets for select large target customers, in some cases just one/few decision makers with different levels of management. Your responsibilities will also include delivering content in very different communication formats, offline or digital, in some cases broad direct marketing campaigns to reach target customers with a message. Events with and for the target customer (virtual or on-site), guerrilla marketing campaigns and more. You have extensive experience and passion in building relationships, processes and testing new marketing strategies with a focus on ABM in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities**: - **You will work closely with and support the sales teams in developing an account vision that serves as the foundation for the Account-Based Marketing Plan** - **You will define the Account-Based Marketing Plan, which consists of a broad range of marketing tactics and programs to target different audiences at different management levels with relevant content** - **Execute the plan, often in a short period of time, by implementing marketing efforts with high visibility and impact with strategic customers** **Your skills**: - Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) is required - Minimum 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience in an internationally focused company as a Marketing Coordinator (f/m/d) - Account-first methodology by examining the current state to achieve a consistent brand and customer experience - Demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of marketing tactics - from storytelling, direct marketing, digital marketing to event management - with attention to detail - Experience in agency management - Ability to speak at eye level with account teams and work in international matrix organizations - Excellent communicator with strong presentation and writing skills; **fluent in English and German** - Understanding of sales cycles and sales figures Do you have any questions in advance?
