Chief Financial Officer

**Your mission**:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to scale UAV defense technology operations and global expansion
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to align with company growth and R&D objectives
- Manage capital allocation, fundraising, and investor relations for venture-backed and government-funded projects
- Ensure compliance with defense sector financial regulations, including ITAR, FAR/DFARS, and export control policies
- Optimize cost structures and pricing models for UAV hardware, software, and SaaS-based monetization strategies
- Drive financial risk management, tax optimization, and contract negotiation for government and commercial sales
- Lead M&A initiatives, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to expand technological capabilities
- Work closely with government affairs teams to secure defense contracts, grants, and funding programs (NATO, DoD, EDF, DARPA)
**Your profile**:
- 10+ years experience in finance, investment, or strategic financial management, preferably in aerospace, defense, or deep-tech sectors
- Expertise in capital markets, venture financing, and government contract structuring
- Strong knowledge of defense procurement, cost-plus contracting, and multi-year financial planning
- Experience with ERP, financial analytics, and compliance frameworks (GAAP, IFRS, SOX, ITAR financial controls)
- Proven track record in managing large-scale budgets and securing institutional funding
Nice to have
- Background in dual-use technology commercialization and military-civilian funding strategies
- Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and international defense market expansion
- Knowledge of AI-driven financial modeling and risk analysis for high-tech defense projects
