**Was du tust**:
Technische Umsetzung und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Validierung von chromogenen und Multiplex-Immunhistochemie-Assays in der vorklinischen und klinischen Onkologieforschung.

**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**
- Verantwortung für die technische Abwicklung/Durchführung von IHC/Multiplex IHC/RNAscope mRNA ISH Etablierungs-/Validierungsprojekten
- Probenmanagement und -versand
- Labor-Dokumentation
- Handhabung, Lagerung und Bestellung von Laborreagenzien, Materialien und Verbrauchsmaterialien
- Wartung von Laborgeräten
- Erstellung digitaler Ganzseiten-Scans auf verschiedenen Slide-Scanning-Geräten
- Arbeiten in Übereinstimmung mit ISO 9001, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), CAP, ISO 15189
- Teilnahme an internen/externen GCP-Schulungen
- Arbeit in einem Team von Wissenschaftlern, technischen Assistenten und Pathologen

**Anforderungen und Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als BTA, MTA oder gleichwertig
- Erfahrung in Immunhistochemie, Immunfluoreszenz oder Histologie
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Industrie
- Projektorientiertes und effizientes Arbeiten
