Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting for ** API Architect ** to join their project in ** Germany.** **Position Title**: **API Architect** **Position Type**: - Permanent**Start Date**: - ASAP**Location**: - Frankfurt and Munich**Contact**: **Alen Lalic | +49 89 23 88 98 53** ***: **Responsibilities**: - Maintaining and improving technical requirements as well as architectural patterns and technologies to build and run a full stack API hosting platform based on event streaming technologies (Kafka).- Working in an agile process model to set up and maintain the "Always On Platform"- - Definition and further development of the governance, engagement and support models of platform services using the agile methodology, DevOps and location reliability principles.- Activation and automation of self-service functions on the platform and acceleration of the onboarding of microservices on the platform.- Continuous improvement of the functionality of the “Always On Platform” for customers and end users based on feedback and analysis. **Qualifications**: - Your education: a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or a natural science course.- Experience in creating the architecture, design and implementation of complex solutions- Experience in development languages (Python, Java, Go etc.) and automation scripts.- Experience in cloud-based technologies (Kubernetes, Cassandra, Prometheus, Grafana, Akamai, Kafka, API gateways, network guidelines).- Experience implementing and running an event streaming function with Kafka.- Experience in mature software development and system engineering environments with a special focus on automation, infrastructure-as-code and automated tests. - Business fluency in German and English round off your profile. - For more details contact:- Quoting reference: - DE_MGAL_API_AT12698- Or call - _ Alen _ on: - +49 89 23 88 98 53- View our latest jobs:- Follow us on twitter:
