- 9-12+ years of experience in Review, analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs.- 12 to 15 years of experience in Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.- Must have minimum 4-5 years of experience in Telecom Domain-
- Must be able to perform documenting requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.- Has to be familiar with relational database and must also possess conceptual know-how on cloud services like MS Azure, GCP, AWS- Has to have good knowledge of SOAP, XML, JSON and REST APIs and web programming background.- Shall have hands-on Business Intelligence experience with Tableau or Power BI.- Has to have experience contributing to and managing the planning and execution activities for the following SDLC phases:
- Systems analysis and requirements definition- Systems design- System Testing- User Acceptance Testing- Maintenance and operation support- Must have strong knowledge of data privacy & security rules/ compliance (e.g. GDPR)- Must have knowledge of Agile and waterfall development techniques- Must have proven ability to work with customers, DBAs, ETL programmers, Business intelligence architects, and PMO staff in a collaborative manner.- Has to have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business users and multi location teams in a clear and concise manner.- Should have ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational- Should be detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive- Must have ability to work independently and with others and must have flexibility in work timings to align with the time-zones of multi location teams- Must have good knowledge on software delivery models like SCRUM, SaFe Agile etc and tools used to control & monitor those.
**Desired Technical & Soft Skills**:
- Technical Skills- Very good understanding of SOAP XML, JASON, REST API and web programming.-
- Shall be able to perform business analysis of complex systems and converting functional requirements into technical requirements-
- Has to have knowledge on any Telecom on OSS/BSS systems OR COTS products in areas like CRM, Billing, Site rollout management etc.-
- Must have hands-on experience in any of the requirement capture tools like Jira, Blueprint, Axure etc.-
- Soft Skills- Shall be collaborative: between key business stakeholders and the delivery team.-
- Shall be influential: Should be able to finalize the scope and able to get desired approvals on final scope.- Negotiations Communications - Shall be able to define clearly on requirement changes and has to be able to handle change management. Must be able to guide delivery teams on queries, concerns and required clarifications.
