Als **Sales Support**(all genders) bei 4takeaway bist du ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres dynamischen Teams. Du bist verantwortlich für die Nachverfolgung von Verkaufsleads, die Koordination von Angeboten und die Bereitstellung von exzellentem Kundenservice. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du unser Verkaufsteam bei administrativen Aufgaben und trägst dazu bei, unsere Verkaufsprozesse zu optimieren und unsere Kundenbeziehungen zu stärken.

**Aufgaben**:
Ein typischer Arbeitstag bei 4takeaway beginnt in unserem modernen und dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld. Hier triffst du auf ein engagiertes Team, das in verschiedenen Bereichen tätig ist, einschließlich Verkauf, Kundenservice, Produktentwicklung und Verwaltung. Bei 4takeaway hast du die Möglichkeit, innerhalb der Projekttätigkeiten deine innovativen Ideen einzubringen. Du hast die Möglichkeit, eng mit unseren Kunden zusammenzuarbeiten, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anzubieten und ihre Zufriedenheit zu gewährleisten. Durch den Austausch mit den Kunden kannst du wertvolles Feedback erhalten und sicherstellen, dass unsere Dienstleistungen den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.

**Anforderungen**:
Neben starken organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und einer Leidenschaft für Kundenservice, solltest du über ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse in der Verkaufsunterstützung verfügen. Sorgfältiges und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten, eine hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Teamfähigkeit sind unerlässliche Eigenschaften für diese Position. Erfahrung im Kundenservice und in der Verkaufsunterstützung ist ein Plus.
