Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking digital market expert (M/F/d) to help drive the marketing strategy for PA. Leveraging online channels to promote PA’s complex range of products and services and generate awareness and demand.
**Your tasks**:
- Plan and own the digital marketing strategy to secure online presence, increase awareness and drive demand
- Oversight and creation of content within brand guidelines
- collaborating with external creative agencies
- Owner of all social media channels and PA related websites, incl. Content, posts, listening, (v)blogs, etc.
- Execution of strategic campaigns through digital channels, including selection of target media, scheduling of content (calendar)
- Ensuring strong SEO and brand consistency across digital channels
- Monitoring, testing, reporting and optimizing digital campaigns
- Remaining up-to-date on latest digital trends and design technology available
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve employee online presence, including working the HR to attract talent through digital channels
- Develop key personas and benefit messaging to be leveraged throughout the organization
**Your profile**:
- Completed studies, ideally with a focus on marketing/digital media or a comparable qualification
- Min 2+ years experience preferred
- Knowledge of web design and content management systems
- Advanced experience with web analytic tools such as Google Ads/Piwik Pro or similar campaign management tools
- Familiarity with paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube
- Background in digitalization and transformation
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a global team and reliable
- Independent, structured and quality-oriented way of working
- Very good German, English and MS Office skills
- A strong aesthetic and basics of graphic design
