**Intern People Organization (all genders welcome)**:
Work on real projects and tasks within our People Organization department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany
- **Starting from February 2025 - **Minimum of 6 months (possible prolongation for up to 12 months).

**The Requirements**:
For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be **enrolled during the whole internship period**. Furthermore, you need **a valid visa** and an **unrestricted permit to work** in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.

Joining the PO team means personally contributing to elevating the European region and our 14 markets through PO activities and strategies. In your role, you'll directly engage with various stakeholders across Europe—PO business partners, employees, and management. This internship offers a chance to immerse yourself in all strategic and operational PO facets.

**Your Talents**:

- Passion for Business/ Economics, Psychology or Human Resources
- Fluent in English
- Strong affinity and adeptness with digital tools (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Canva)
- Excitement about collaborating in a diverse environment with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds
- Enthusiasm for crafting content and narratives focused on people's experiences
