Your Mission
At Kia Europe Design, our team members are the driving force behind everything we do. As
People Organization Intern
, you'll be at the intersection of People Strategy, Design and Innovation. Gaining first-hand experience in both strategic and operational facets of People Management, with opportunities to leave your mark on meaningful initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Get hands-on insight into daily People Organization operations and contribute to enhancing the team member experience
  • Take part in projects from day one - your ideas and support will make a difference
  • Help shape internal communication and dive into the creation of our new intranet - any design skills more than welcome If you thrive in creating content, newsletters, and presentations then you are right with us
  • Contribute to building frameworks and processes that support engagement, growth, and culture across our design teams

Your Talents

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program (e.g. Business, Economics, Psychology, Communication Design or related field) and will remain enrolled for the full internship period
  • You have excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written
  • You're proficient with Sharepoint and MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word); experience with Workday is a plus
  • You enjoy working with international teams and value cultural diversity
  • You're passionate about storytelling and content creation that elevates the team member experience
