- Drive the to be established data & analytics L&D team within design, pilot and operationalisation
- Define the concept and target groups for the L&D academy
- Analyse, plan and create personas and learning paths
- Plan and coordinate the creation of different training modules and campaigns for the L&D academy, e.g. for data literacy and data culture
- Define and measure KPIs for the tracking of the success of the L&D academy

**Your Profile**:
**What you should have.**
- 3+ years of professional work experience in the field of training & academy
- University degree or similar qualifications
- Data & Analytics or Data Governance experience
- Excellent communication skills, intercultural competencies and able to target messages to the audience group
- Structured thinking/way of working and a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent level of English
