**Here's what we have to do**:
- You will lead a team of Learning & Development specialists in our Industrial Service and Equipment business area
- You design and ensure the continuous development of the Learning & Development for the business area
- You align training plans with business objectives using metrics and performance results to support the business strategy
- You will also consult with your stakeholders to determine future training needs and ensure Learning & Development resources are aligned with business needs
- The implementation of learning design standards with a view to harmonized, systematic learning processes, methods and tools is a matter of course for you in order to facilitate the effective transfer of knowledge, skills and abilities for the participants
- You will demonstrate a thorough understanding of market dynamics and learning trends to implement best practices
**What do you bring with you**:
- A degree in economics or a degree in the field of adult education
- You already have several years of relevant experience, especially with regards to the implementation of corporate strategy in learning programs and with global project management and moderation
- You are a proactive, structured and analytical personality with the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
- You also have negotiating skills and assertiveness, as well as leadership qualities, networking skills and strong communication skill especially in English language, German or Finnish language skills are a bonus
