For our campus in Berlin, Germany, we are looking for a full-time (40h/week)

**Student Support & Visa Coordinator (M/F/d)**

to start immediately.

**Job profile**:

- Maintenance of databases and preparation of standard letters and documents
- Researching, tracking, and analysing internal and external data and statistics
- Liaising internally with GISMA business functions and externally with service providers, institutions, and authorities
- Supporting the organization and execution of academic and non-academic events

**You**:

- Experience of offering excellent customer service to a variety of clients (especially young people) and resolving customer complaints
- Ideally experience in advising international students and liaising with authorities
- Social and intercultural competency, team player mentality
- Very good English and German language skills a must, other languages a plus
- Detail-oriented, very good organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience as international student or expat a plus
