At HolidayPirates, we're looking for a Working Student – IT Support to help keep our crew connected and our systems sailing smoothly.

Join us  alongside your studies and gain hands-on experience in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure  while helping our pirate ship run at full speed

This role is based in our Berlin office, with the flexibility to work remotely as well.

  • Requirements: The role requires you to be actively studying for at least the next 6 months.
DUTIES ON DECK
  • Prepare MacBooks, software and services for new pirates and welcome them onboard. And when the time comes, sunset leavers and take back logins and hardware.
  • Maintain office hardware – from printers to the Karaoke setup
  • Provide software and services training using live webinars, prerecorded videos and knowledge base articles
  • Keep our IT systems and processes documented and up to date
  • Maintain our asset inventory database
  • Collaborate closely with the IT Leads and Office Management
  • Be the first level go-to tech hero for our crew via walk-ups, Jira tickets, email, and chat
YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE
  • A friendly team player with great communication skills
  • Good knowledge of macOS and iOS troubleshooting
  • Training or apprenticeship in an IT-related field
  • Fluency in English, German basic skills appreciated
  • Willingness to grow and learn more in the IT field
