**Intern HR-Marketing & Communication (M/F/d)**

In our IT Workforce department, we do everything we can to enable and actively support the digital transformation of our global organization. Or more pointedly in two hashtags: #pushdigitalboundaries #acceleratefuture

**YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES**
- You are supporting the team and developing exciting content for our external and internal communication for Bayer’s IT
- You impress us with your creativity while introducing workshops and trainings
- You enjoy designing learning events and supporting their implementation
- You are supporting the team in preparing graphics and recruiting initiatives
- You coordinate our intern community by scheduling meetings and creating content
- You love working in a team and collaborating to bring Bayer’s IT to the next level
- You’re eager to receive constructive feedback and willing to grow - personally and business wise

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Your first working experience you are aware of your strength and what benefits you can bring to our team
- You’re used to work with MS Office programs
- You’re creative and independent
- Your to the point communication and your ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex and new tasks, helps you to perform on a high level
- Quick comprehension and fun in learning new things is part of your personality
- You’re fluent in German and English, both, written and spoken
