About the Role:
As an IT Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited to develop their skills in IT operations and project management while working closely with experienced IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily IT operations, including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve IT systems
- Assist in managing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
- Contribute to process automation initiatives and document best practices.
- Provide technical support for stakeholders and help improve the user experience.

Qualifications:

- 1 year of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking and the MS 365 environment.
- Strong interest in project management and process improvement.
- Proactive problem solver with a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred but Not Required:

- Experience with ticketing systems or ITIL practices.
- Certifications in IT or project management (e.g., CompTIA, PMP).
